I wanted to share how delighted we are with our new Robot Mower, Navimow. I was, to be honest, a bit sceptical about whether these really were as good as they sound - but they really are. Our son helped set it up, which took, to my surprise no time. Learning how to master the technology and get to work on my mobile was even easier. The way it cuts and returns home is a wonder - leaving the lawn in a much better state than it has ever been before! Also saves me hours. So many thanks to Jimmy and his team - the pre-service and post has also been fantastic. From one very happy customer, with one less, big and regular chore to do thanks to Navimow!

September 8, 2024I don’t often leave reviews, but I wanted to thank Jimmy and the team for the exceptional helpfulness, advice and support pre and post-sale and also what a fantastic bit of kit the Navimow i108E is! This is my first foray into a robotic mowers and I had really been waiting for one that could manage WITHOUT boundary wires. After a quick and easy installation and mapping process I wanted to see how well it would cope. I have installed the Navimow garage in a tight space and when mapping I only mapped the permitter and let the NaviMow automatically sort out some tricky areas including a seating area, some trees in the middle of the garden and a partial willow igloo that has a very tight and odd patch of grass behind and inside it and a few days in and has worked it all out admirably and even found better ways to tackle the area automatically!. Very impressed with the product and the service from Jimmy and TVGM.

Having waited for more than two months for my usual servicing provider and based on a couple of recommendations I thought it was worth a try with TVGM - I am very happy I did! My ride-on mower (Mountfield) was collected, repaired (needed solenoid - which I had anticipated as it has been a non-starter this spring), serviced and returned within a week, the new part was at cost and the machine now starts first time and purrs, and the first cut was very clean. Good, honest folks. I will be using TVGM exclusively for all my garden tools and machinery repairs and servicing in future.

Honest, experienced and friendly, I can't fault the TVGM team. If Carlsberg did lawn mower servicing and repairs, they'd be employed by the TVGM team!
