I brought my Hayter 48 in for a repair and service earlier in the week. Exceptional customer service from the team, a top repair job and the mower running brilliantly again after a good service / clean up. Thanks guys and will be highly recommending you.

At short notice my lawn was cut (it was very long and my mower couldn’t cope). They made a lovely job, strimmed and neatened the edges. I am very pleased and it’s a huge weight off my mind wondering how I was going to get it cut, especially with the awful weather we have had.

Unbelievable service! Our trusty ride-on mower received a top-notch repair when the cutting deck needed realigning. The TVGM team swiftly whisked it away and just as quickly delivered it back. The experience was brilliant, as they showed helpfulness and knowledge at every turn. I called Jimmy at 9.30am as my ride on was not working. He was round by 10.30 to diagnose the issue, and back before lunch with the required part to fit and fix. Fast reliable service and sensible price. A great service all round.

The robot mower that was provided by, installed by Test valley garden machinery had been a great success. After clear instructions from the team it has worked tirelessly and faultlessly to keep our grass perfectly cut. A great investment.

Robot mower is best garden tool we have ever bought. It negotiates incline, paths and trees with ease and is easily programmed to mow as much or as little as necessary and more than one area if required. Very helpful and excellent service from TVGM.

Advice, planning and installation of robomower was quick and professional. Result has been very satisfactory with lawns markedly better than ever before. Service, eg new blade, has been efficiently managed too.

The carburettor on my ride on mower developed a serious fault; it was diagnosed almost immediately and the mower was repaired and serviced in 6 days for a reasonable price. Delivered to my house the next morning

Having waited for more than two months for my usual servicing provider and based on a couple of recommendations I thought it was worth a try with TVGM - I am very happy I did! My ride-on mower (Mountfield) was collected, repaired (needed solenoid - which I had anticipated as it has been a non-starter this spring), serviced and returned within a week, the new part was at cost and the machine now starts first time and purrs, and the first cut was very clean. Good, honest folks. I will be using TVGM exclusively for all my garden tools and machinery repairs and servicing in future.

I was really impressed with the service delivered. One dead lawn mower collected, repaired, serviced and returned to a happy owner in 24hrs without any fuss or faff, and for a very reasonable price. Honest, experienced and friendly, I can't fault the TVGM team. If Carlsberg did lawn mower servicing and repairs, they'd be employed by the TVGM team!

Test Valley Garden Machinery serviced our mower which for the last few years has been extremely painful to start - even after previous services by others. It now starts first time. They collected it and delivered it back so quickly and it works a treat! And were really good value too. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

True to their word our ride-on mower was back within the week after a full service – in fact within only five days. Collected, serviced fully and delivered back to us.
